Don't Allow Chicks and Rabbits to Be Artificially Colored with Dye

Animal dyeing has been illegal in Florida for the past 45 years, but a new bill would overturn the ban on this cruel practice. Most dyed chicks and rabbits purchased as novelty pets for Easter end up abandoned. Many end up in overburdened animal shelters. Many die from the toxic chemicals in the dye. Urge Florida Governor Rick Scott to uphold the prohibition on pet dyeing and keep these animals safe. Please click on this link & read why this Petition needs your support, and sign the Petition.
